Vintage Pleated Skirt Pattern

April 23, 2011

When I was in need of a new skirt pattern, I stumbled across a 1991 pleated skirt pattern in an op-shop. The McCalls 5470 pattern was practically free at the price of $1.

So far I’ve made two skirts. A summery black and white gingham, though the fabric isn’t what I envisaged and a black corduroy version – perfect for a winter’s evening.

I can’t wait to make it out of a bright floral!
