Mother daughter dress

I made a dress for myself the other day, and my daughter wanted a dress like mine. I have used this Simplicity 5534 pattern from 1973. I just added a bow otherwise I used the pattern as it was.
I am very happy with the result and I hope that she will be too, when she sees it.

I love this pattern from Simplicity (1968). I think that this pattern is different from other patterns from the 60´s with the put sleeves bow and neck. I am very satisfied with the result and I am already thinking of using the pattern again, but using a wool fabric instead (winter is here before we know it)

This is the second time I use this pattern. This time I´ve used a thin, light weight fabric, and I think that it worked out beautifully.
I bought the fabric at easter time when I was in Paris. Fantastic, I´m looking forward to a great summer in Denmark in this french dress 🙂

I fell in love with this Advance pattern right away when I saw it.
It’s a vintage pattern, but I can’t see the year anywhere on the envelope. Mayby some of you know the pattern?
