I did view 1 of this pattern Simplicity 1172 from the 50′s, it was easy to do it, my husband asked me ” Does the pattern include that smal waist”?…..the answer is NO, it doesn’t !!! hehehe

Here I show you my version of this 40′s dress I did for my daughter using Advance 9737 pattern, I mixed the versions, she loved it! and I loved it too! I don’t know why the pictures looks like this.

I sewed for my daughter view 3 of Simplicity 3413, as I don’t have the pattern , I tryed to do it similar, also I did not have enough fabric that’s why the skirt looks like that, but next time I’ll buy enough fabric to do it correctly.
