Here I show you one “simple embroider pattern” from my magazine from July 1949, it says it is a simple pattern to embelish a blouse or any other garment.

It says something like this:” You can use different colors and your will try thatc enters be darker than the edge of the flowers, For the leaves, they can be done with different green colors or browns depending in what you like”

You can save the image of the pattern and print it a letter size paper and use it.


40′s inspired apron

As I have this magazine named “La Familia” (The family) from July 1949, I decided to use one of the embroider patterns that come with it; I tryed to do the apron as the lady in the picture. My apron is not very full so it looks kind of funny.
By the way, the blouse I am wearing is Butterick 4985, a moder pattern.
I tryed to edit this post but I see I don’t know how to do it correctly because I did not wanted the order of the pictures like this :(

I did view 1 of this pattern Simplicity 1172 from the 50′s, it was easy to do it, my husband asked me ” Does the pattern include that smal waist”?…..the answer is NO, it doesn’t !!! hehehe
