lovely fabric choice! you look wonderful in it!
Wow, this is gorgeous, I love the fabric.
Looks lovely for spring! It definitely has some hangover 40s vibes to it which I love.
Lovely. You should put it in Lucky Lucille’s “Sew For Victory.”
Love love love this. I can see one of the girls from Bomb Girls wearing this. The fabric is perfect, the pattern is perfect. I love the pleating and tucking involved in so many 40s dresses. Makes me want to finish my own!
Wow, what a great dress!
I love the front detail. You did a marvelous job. Do enter in the sew for victory sewalong. It is non competitive. Just a place to showcase beautiful 40s sewing projects.
This dress is really pretty and it looks good on. Now I truly want to sew M6433 from McCalls, it is a modern pattern and a simpler design but your dress still reminds me of it. Your shoes are great too.
Such a beautiful dress and a perfect fabric choice.
I own the pattern as well but haven’t had the time to make it. Glad to see a realized version, this encourages me to finally give it a try.
