Massive Sewing Pattern Sale: 20% – 60% off everything

UPDATE: Both shops are now temporarily closed. All orders have been shipped and you’ll find a tracking number for your package either in your email (WeSewRetro) or on your Etsy purchases page (ZipZapKap)

Thank you so, so much for the orders and messages of support. I’ve been really touched by the response and appreciated every message – I’m sorry if I wasn’t able to thank you personally, it has just been a whirlwind of activity.

Keep up the good work and I’ll see you soon. Can’t wait to see what you’ve been making 🙂

Hello all. We’ve had some rather sad news here at WeSewRetro headquarters and as a result I’ll be leaving the United States to fly back to England for a while to look after my mother. As I will be separated from my enormous stash of patterns, the WeSewRetro shop will be closing temporarily while I’m away. As an apology for the inconvenience and to help with our travel expenses, I’m running a sale on both the WeSewRetro shop and ZipZapKap.

From now until Monday (November 18), the coupon code BUBBLES will get you 20% off everything in the WeSewRetro shop and a massive 60% off everything in ZipZapKap. On Monday, both pattern stores will be closing until I return to the States so don’t miss your chance to snap up some beauties. Everything purchased before the shops close will ship within 24 hours of payment.

WeSewRetro has some fabulous patterns by independent designers overseas, saving you a considerable amount on shipping if you’re based in the US. With an unprecedented 20% discount on top, it’s a great opportunity to snap up the patterns you’ll need for your winter projects. I’ve never offered such a drastic sale on ZipZapKap and likely never will again, so take advantage of that 60% saving to pick up some patterns for rock bottom prices. If you purchase from both stores, leave me a note when you check out so I can be sure to combine shipping and refund any excess.

Thanks for your understanding during this difficult time, happy shopping, and if your mum is still around, now might be a good time to give her a call and say hi. Please consider sharing this and passing the word amongst your sewing pals.

I’m sure our transatlantic flight with a 3-year-old in tow will be just as a glamorous as this… 😉

About the author: I’m the editor at WeSewRetro so don’t hesitate to get in touch with any problems or questions. In addition to keeping the good ship WeSewRetro afloat, I do an amateurish but enthusiastic job of raising a couple of girls, faff around with computers in my day job, and study for a masters in literature at night. Somewhere amongst all that, I like to sew.

I too hope everything goes well for you! This is a big adjustment and can be a scary time. I’m flying with my mother to spend Thanksgiving with her parents and see how they are doing health wise as well. We’re thinking about the same thing.
