Hi, this is my second sewing pattern. This is my first post to WeSewRetro. I am so inspired by all the great creations I see on this site that I thought I might also share this skirt I made from a vintage Butterick patter 6167. It wasn’t very difficult to make and I certainly recommend this pattern for a first time sew project. You can see more on my blog at DividingVintageMoments.blogspot.com (not sure how to link this)

Hi, I am new to vintage sewing and I love the styles of the 30's-50s. I hope to be able to sew from some of these vintage patterns and also the reproduction patterns. It's a big learning process and I look forward to also learning from all of you.

I love this! The full skirts of the 50′s were awesome!

That’s a cute skirt! And a perfect top to go with it. Good luck with your future sewing – I love to see people taking up the art!
