Hello All! I am a new contributor and a new sewing enthusiast! I received Gertie’s New Book For Better Sewing this Christmas. I decided to start out with her simple Pencil skirt pattern.
I chose a yellow cotton fabric with small brown polka dots. I love how it turned out and I think it will be the first of many!

So pretty and I love the pop of the yellow! I have Gerties book but have not embarked on any of the patterns yet- I REALLY MUST!!
