This outfit came together without even planning it. I made the blouse and skirt independently. When pairing the two, I was surprised how well they went together.
The blouse is a fitted style with pussy bow collar detail and puffy sleeves. The skirt can be worn as a high waist pencil skirt or a pinafore with the straps attached.
