One Fall project knocked off the list…a skirt suit with matching blouse made out of a ridiculous zigzag knit. That fact along could qualify me for the “Mildly Insane” tag over there. The very controversial half-belt treatment pretty much seals the deal. People either love it or hate it. Have to say, though, that I’m actually quite happy with the fit and styling. More details on my blog, Willow Homestead.

Love it!!!!! It is absolutely wonderful. That fabric is to die for and perfect for a fall suit.
Very pretty! like the colors of the fabric and I LOVE your shoes!
A-mazing! I love the matching blouse on your blog and your mother was spot on – half belted is the way to go!
I love it, but then my mum thinks I am crazy too! it looks fabulous!
Full on love it!
I love it too, and it does weird things to my eyeballs… I couldn’t comment on your blog for some reason.
Great to see all the extra photos, and the waist band is perfect.
This is my idea of vintage! Its easy forget how fashion forward and fearless clothing was in those days. If I saw this in a vintage shop I would certainly be running into the dressing room to try it on! Awesome!
Love the Watteau style waistline. This also looks very 1930s. The ZigZag fabric is pure genius!
Love everything! The fabric, the pashmina blouse, the pencil skirt… great work!
Love it! You look stunning and the shoes lifts it even higher!
Wonderful and you are clearly, judging by your decor, a very stylish lady indeed.
Wonderful! I love that half-belted style (and your fab shoes too)
