Kitties and Corduroy

in Vintage Sewing

I finished up Colette’s Macaron and I used the cutest vintage print I wanted to share with you.  I found this kitty woven cotton on Etsy at PumpkinTruck’s shop.

For the bodice and skirt I used a lightweight blue corduroy I picked up at Joann’s Fabrics.

Read all the details and see more pics on my blog.  Make sure to check out PumpkinTruck’s etsy shop.  They have lots of vintage fabric!

I've been sewing a little over a year now. I just started making my own clothes and I can't get enough. Love vintage style. I'm always looking for inspiration. I love changing.

Wow. This dress is completely adorable!
Such a great choice of fabrics and the red piping is just the cherry on top of the cake.
This is the third super cute Colette Macaron I have seen today. I feel like I am missing out.

I love your version!! Corduroy is my favorite fabric and you combined it with a novelty print which makes it that much more awesome! ;)
