It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here, but I’m enjoying everyone’s projects immensely!  Last weekend my husband and I went to the Symco Shakedown Traditional Hot Rod Show.  I was in charge of organizing the Miss Symco pin-up contest, and this was my dress for the event.   More details and photos on my blog.

Shepherdess, retro-housewife, mother, seamstress... but labels can be deceiving. I also play the sax, butcher chickens and sing in the church choir. I raise sheep and bale hay. I sew from Grandma's patterns and drive a 1950 Ford Shoebox. Life at the Willow Homestead is retro right down to the 1947 Frigidaire!
