Book find

I found this fabulous book online and had to have it.  It is a wonderful resource of how to make your own patterns with 1950′s detailing.  It starts with making your own blocks and then progresses to modifying them to achieve the required detailing e.g pleating, darts, sleeve and collar variations etc.  I hope you like my sharing of this wonderful book.

  • Oooh I love that cape sleeve! That would look so pretty in something silky or in a crepe…
