Television company Love Productions has been in touch on their quest for UK-based sewing enthusiasts to take part in a new BBC2 Sewing Series called the Great British Sewing Bee.
If you’re a dab hand with a needle (and I know you are!) and fancy your 15 minutes of fame while doing your bit to spread a love of sewing, I think it would be fabulous to see a WeSewRetro-er representing the vintage sewing community.

My skills wouldn’t be up to standard (I handsew rather than machine so it would end up a veeerry long show)….but if its anywhere as good as the great british bake off, I’ll be watching.
