This is my version of Simplicity 4676, I used chramusse, it was difficult to work with that fabric, I also did another one of Simplicity 4676.

Thank you so much for sharing these lovely blouses! A friend was just saying she wanted a blouse with tie collar, and this pattern looks perfect.
