It doesn’t really matter the specific date of a pattern for “Mad Men inspiration” so long as it fits the style and cut of the clothing. It is however an early 60s pattern, so it fits era wise as well.
The package design and 9000 number range would place it somewhere between 1960 and 1969. The style of the font and placement on the package would place it in the early 1960’s as the font changed in 1966. So, your pattern is probably from anywhere between 1960 and 1965. The materials I’ve read suggest that Butterick started dating patterns sometime in the mid 1950’s however, I don’t know where exactly. Take a closer look at the instruction sheet, it might be printed on there in really small letters. Otherwise use the style of the garment and match that to trends in those 4 years if you need an exact year.
Hope this helps!
