Vintage Robe – Simplicity 3712

I made this warm and cozy robe out of Simplicity 3712, from 1961, to lounge around in style. Red sweatshirt fabric makes it easy to curl up in, and details like the satin stitch embroidered “E” make it fun to wear.

I really like this! I got new slippers from my hubby for Christmas, made myself a new mop cap (to cover the pincurls I sleep in) so of course I need a new bathrobe too! I especially like the monogram. :)

i am not sure which i love more, your robe, which looks super-comfy, or that you had the sense of fun to post the photos styled with slippers and curlers :-)

I have learn some excellent stuff here. Certainly price bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how a lot effort you place to create such a fantastic informative site.
