I’m half way through this pattern and am just loving it. I hope to finish the whole dress by the weekend, well that’s the plan anyway.

What do you think so far? Have you sewed something with buttons down the front? I would love to hear any tips/hints you might have. This is also the first time I’ve sewn bound button holes.

If you would like to see more of the construction so far it’s HERE. Happy sewing everyone.

I call myself Atomic Mum but in the real world I'm Jasmine, wife and mother of three, Master Little 8, Miss Little 7 and Master Little 3. We all live in Cairns, Australian, in a brick home that will soon be retro fried if I get my way. I sew, cook, garden, read, you name it I'll have a go at it. I'm better at some things than others, as we all are, and am happy to admit when I doesn’t work.
