My Small, New Vintage Pattern Collection

Recently I’ve acquired some darling retro patterns on Ebay. Here are a few.

I have two more patterns on my blog. I’ve been frustrated by the lack of good fabric options to make the 1073 dress. Are there any fabric stores online that you trust? It’s hard to buy fabric without seeing it in person!

I have been sewing since junior high. I love to sew clothing, quilt, garden, camp, and surf the web for retro patterns!

Hello there! What cute patterns! I especially like the shoulder button details on the black and white illustration. I never buy my fabrics online, but I know that many web stores do offer swatches – perhaps this would help with choosing material?

Happy sewing!

I’ve bought from fabric.com many times with no issues or disappointments. We really only have 2 fabric shops in the area to choose from, Joann’s (one city over) and a small mom and pop with higher prices just around the corner.

I’m with Deb, I usually go with fabric.com over my local stores.
