Fall Transition Dress

The pattern is the same one I used for the Vintage Introduction Dress, my new go-to sewing pattern.  My first intention was to make the long sleeve version with the ruffles, but after noticing how lightweight the fabric was I decided to alter to a 3/4 length. Still, the long sleeve version is definitely on my to-do list!

So cute!

The midriff band makes a perfect proportion between the top and bottom.

That's lovely. I like the band around the middle. It really balances it out well.

I really love your blog but I can't leave a comment because you don't have the "name/url" line and i don't have a google account.
Your style is very elegant and feminine.

Thanks everyone!

@lathelize – thanks for the lovely compliment about my blog, but sadly I'm not quite sure how to remedy that. I can certainly look into it, though. I love your blog too! :)
