The pattern is Marian Martin 9279 from the 50s. It has a yoke with gathers on the front and back, an a-line skirt, a collar and pointy cuffs and front button closure.
Other than shortening it to fit my shortness, I made no changes and it was easy to make.
It is an unprinted mail order pattern, but it was easy to put together. I interfaced it with white muslin, which was smooth and hides the dots from the facings. The buttons are shiny red vintage plastic.
