Hello retro sewers!

My name is mel and I’m happy to become a part of this amazing blog. I have been sewing since 2004 now. My method was trial and error ;). Back then I started with sewing costumes from movies like lord of the rings. Later I tried out pattern for allday clothing. A couple of years ago I fell in love with retro clothing, because it was a kind of bridge between costumes and “normal” clothing.

My next project is butterick 4513 and many many more 😉

I’m sorry for potential errors, because English isn’t my native language, I only had lessons in school. But I always try to keep it alive and use it were I can. So my blog is German right now, but I’ll will do it billigual in my fortune postings.
