Early 1940s Playsuit

in 1940s

I just recently finished this little number. I made it a week or so ago, but haven’t gotten around to sharing until now. It’s from an Advance pattern from the very late ’30s to early ’40s. I haven’t been able to date it as of yet.

More about in on my blog. Have a good weekend!

This is really cute! I could live in something like this all summer! Nice job!

That is really nice, seersucker is perfect! I can imagine it with full length legs too…

This might be a silly question, but I want to make one of these (it's so cute!) but how on earth do you go to the bathroom in it? Do you have to undo the whole thing or does it have some hidden snaps in the bottom? lmao!
