Wow! And well spotted!! I'm guessing that most people would not have had any idea what that stash of paper was!!
Must be 1920s patterns since says bungalow on one pattern piece. I'd iron these babies out with a dry iron (you could use a press cloth on top if you want to be extra careful.) Then 'recreate' the dress, blouse, etc. on some poster board or something. If you're concerned about glue, maybe just pin them on to some foam core? Great find.
