Although sewing will always be closest to my heart, I must say knitting has a special little place. I found a great vintage pattern for a raglan sleeve sweater with cable stitches along the seams and collar. Since the yarn was pretty chunky (and warm! I’m sweating!) I finished the project in a week (in between sewing projects). It will be a perfect sweater for the cold Canadian winter.

Super sweater. And you finished it
in a week (in between sewing projects)??????????????? Wow, Canada must have more hours in the day than we do in Tennessee.
Love your blog.
You did a wonderful job in such a short time!
I have a thing for sweaters, and I love it!
Great Sweater! You are inspiring me to knit myself something warm!
Great job! I have so many vintage knitting patterns but I'm afraid of knitting garments so I'm very jealous of your knitting skills.
ps. Love the style.
This looks super comfortable! Well done!
I love, love, LOVE this sweater! I wish I knew how to knit (although I crochet). Beautiful work!
looks warm and snugly! it's fun seeing knit projects on the blog.
