toddler Snow White costume with vintage patterns used for accessories

October 30, 2010
I’ve just finished Snow White for my toddler’s Halloween costume this year.
I used a newer pattern for the dress and 2 vintage patterns for the headband and cape.
The headband is actually a bow belt from Vogue 6785 (non glued) and
the cape is a beach cover-up from McCall’s 6873 (reversible, fleece interfaced,
and topstitched). Both are made from quilter’s cottons.

I’m still indecisive about a blog — so to see more photos

  1. I love it!!
When I was young as your daughter I add the same dress, but in Italy we didn't have Halloween so I wore it for Carnival…I loved Snow-white so much!! 🙂

  2. Hi, I was wondering if I could buy one of thevpatterns you used – the middle one for the cape. I would really appreciate it thank you
