Butterick 9804 – Little 60′s Top

by Archive from Blogger

in Vintage Sewing

I’ve had this fabric for years but didn’t have very much of it. Looking for the next sewing project for my blog, I found a pattern for a little 60′s top in an antiques bazaar in Melbourne, and decided it might be a good match for the fabric. I love how this top turned out, it’s such a beautiful fabric and it works really well with a lot of plain separates in my wardrobe :D

I posted up pictures of this from the pattern choice, to a work-in-progress, to a finished piece, if you’d like to see how it started, visit http://www.genevieveink.com/post/1275408381/sewing-weekend-09-10-2010-butterick-9804
