My (male) cousin is looking for a vintage one piece bathing suit…you know the kind that looks like a wrestling uniform. I told him if I could locate a pattern I’d make him one. Any ideas on finding such a creature? I’m not having any luck so far. Thanks in advance!

OMG…don't have a pattern but went to the site Lisette suggested. Oh dear…who could have drawn those illustrations with a straight face…and mister brown jumpsuit looks like an old boyfriend of mine. Gosh this made me smile. sorry if I am not any help in finding you a pattern. I DO have photos of my grandfather wearing one in like 1919.
It's not vintage, but Jalie makes a wrestling singlet. Their patterns are quite excellent.

if you look closely Jalie has carefully concealed the front view of these singlets.Personally I think you need to be careful when making one as .Ahem the guy could be showing too much of his package in these !

You could also try this one. During the 1920s, men's and women's swim costumes were quite similar. This may work, with slight modifications.
