I love collecting vintage sewing notions – especially buttons – but I often come across examples which are too special to throw back in the button jar. Along with bits of special trims and linens, these buttons really needed a spot to be displayed and viewed – like a scrapbook.

So, today I used some left over canvas to create a TEXTILE scrapbook especially for vintage sewing notions. With fabric pages, this should do the trick for keeping my collection stitched, or pinned, in it’s own spot. I even added a pocket for non-stitchables, like photographs and cards.
