Little Bows

June 4, 2009

This was quite the endeavor, if not an endnever. I experimented with adding a crinoline ruffle to the bottom of the lining and got remarkable puffy results. There’s no added bulk at the waist, and the lining gaurds your nylons and you from the tulle. I invented the hat which is comprised of wire, felt, self fabric and the same bias tape that trims the dress.

  1. What an adorable outfit! I really like the crinoline puffing the skirt. Can't beat fullness without bulk! 🙂
