Vintage Sewing Pattern Contest!

March 31, 2009

Patternreview.com is hosting a Vintage Sewing Pattern Contest. First prize is a $100 gift certificate to my store, Patterns from the Past. 2nd prize is a $50 gift certificate to my store. If you were planning to work on a vintage sewing project between between April 1 – 31, you should consider entering it in the contest! You must use a vintage sewing pattern printed between 1920 – 1976, not one of the new reproduction patterns.

I will offer a 15% discount at Patterns the Past during the contest. The discount coupon code is contest.
Good luck with your projects!

  1. I also have 100s of vintage patterns listed in my ebay store and am listing a whole bunch more this week in my ebay store. Visit my blog to check out the currently slide show of new listings this week. Since I just purchased a huge lot of over 2000 patterns I have started a “want list” too, so just let me know what you are looking for!

PS: I am trying to decide WHICH pattern to sew up for the contest . . . decisions, decisions!

  2. Wow this looks like so much fun. I have been following this blog and just haven’t sewn anything retro to share. Now I have added incentive. I have some patterns that I have my eye on and now perhaps this will be enough to light a fire under me. Yay!
